If you are an instructor in the Modern Languages Department and would like to reserve one of the language labs, please use our Online Scheduling System.

TO RESERVE A ROOM:

• Please select the room you would like to reserve for your class or presentation and click the link to check if the room is available.
• Go to the reservation page and fill out the reservation form.
• Enter your class number in the “notes” section on the reservation form.
• Once you have placed your reservation allow about 24 hours for your reservation to get approved by the LRC staff.
• For last minute reservations or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Maria Filippi at ext. 7663.
