Carmen Sánchez García has been an Instructor of Spanish in the Department of Modern Languages since 2013. She holds a degree from the Universidad de Barcelona in Hebrew Studies and an M.A. in Modern Languages with specialization in Spanish from the University of Mississippi. Carmen has been teaching Spanish since 2004. She has taught intensive Spanish for adults in Madrid, Spain, Continuing Education at Emory University and at a Waldorf High School in Atlanta – Academe of the Oaks. At the University of Mississippi, Carmen teaches courses in the Basic Spanish Program.
